Lovely welcoming hotel, friendly staff, nice clean rooms, breakfasts each morning were great, lots of choices. Didn't realise tho that no dining on a Sunday evening tho as kitchen closed but reception staff were very helpful in suggesting delivery options for food and we were able to still eat in the bar area, so all good, bonus too was getting a voucher each for 1 free drink each in thd bar. Great hotel for our visits to the WW1 battlefields sites and easy location and despite being near a busy road soundproofing was excellent for good night's sleep

We stayed here for a wedding and just needed it for 2 nights to be as close to the venue as possible (the Skyline park). It served its purpose well. The room was spacious and well equipped. Downstairs was very nice and the restaurant had good food in the evening! There was a cool little meals fridge in the lobby which was handy for when the restaurant was closed between lunch and dinner.

Overall the Hotel was very clean and well prevented. Very informative staff on arrival with clear information. The design of the location was easy to manage and excellent for business travelers who want a comfortable rest and a great breakfast to start their day.

This hotel delivered everything you would expect, it was excellent in every aspect, especially the staff who were extremely professional and discreet, you didn't always see them, but when you needed them they were there. The breakfast was very good, with a very good selection of different options to cater for every taste, it is a very good place to base yourself if you are exploring this region of Belgium.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and I couldn’t recommend the breakfast enough (many vegetarian- and vegan-friendly options as well). The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Lovely big room with excellent shower, big bathroom, big comfy bed. Safe place to store our bikes. Really helpful woman at reception who helped me send a parcel, very kind. The lady when checking out was also kind and keen to know what we recommend in the local area as tourists passing through.

Room was fairly compact but very well designed. Very quiet room, free parking and good Wi-Fi. A little way out from the town centre but that was not a problem for us. Had a fridge, kettle and safe. Wish all hotel rooms were as well thought out as this one.

Bar/Restaurant staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Service was quick and efficient, with a smile and a chat. Also the parking was secure and free. The ''shop'' in reception was so handy if you fancied a snack or drinks to take to your room.
